Return and Refund

GlobePay offers a full refund or an exchange within
14 working days upon receipt of an item if it is faulty, not as described or
doesn’t do what it’s supposed to when you receive it. You may also request a
refund if you no longer want the product unless you have seen it before the
purchase.

GlobePay do not offer a refund if you:

  • knew an item was faulty when you bought it
  • damaged an item by trying to repair it
    yourself or getting someone else to do it (you may still have the right to a
    repair, replacement or partial refund)
  • you have had the product for more than 14 days

If you would like to request a refund or an
exchange, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods via info@globepay.co. Please enclose your proof of purchase and
why you would like a refund or an exchange. Once approved, you will have
another 14 days to return the good(s) you wish to return or exchange. All items
must be unused and in their original condition and sent back in the original
packaging.

We recommend using a tracked service and keep
the receipt as we are not liable for any returns lost in transit.

We will send you an
email of the receipt of your return and whether your request has been approved.

Refund

If your refund request is approved, we will
process your refund within 14 working days through your original payment
method.

If you did not receive your refund
within 14 working days, please check with your bank first, it may take some
time for your bank to process the return. If you still have not received the
refund, please contact us via info@globepay.co.

Exchanges
If your exchange
request is approved, we will post the replacement within 14 working days. You
will receive another email when it is posted.

The time takes for your exchanged
products reach you may vary depending on the address.

Shipping Cost
Shipping
costs are non-refundable. You will have to pay for the postage cost of returning
your item and the replacement goods if you request an exchange. If you request
a refund, the cost of return will be deducted from your refund.

Exemption

There are several types goods and
services that are exempt from this policy.

Services such as marketing and
consulting, software and goods on sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
