Globepay offer a full refund or an exchange within 14 working days upon receipt of an item if it is faulty, not as described or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to when you receive it. You may also request a refund if you no longer want the product unless you have seen it before the purchase.

If you would like to request a refund or an exchange, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods via email@example.com. Please enclose your proof of purchase and why you would like a refund or an exchange. Once approved, you will have another 14 days to return the good you wish to return or exchange. All items must be unused and in their original condition and sent back in the original packaging.

The time takes for your exchanged products reach you may vary depending on the address.
Shipping costs is non-refundable. You will have to pay for the postage cost of returning your item and the replacement goods if you request an exchange. If you request a refund, the cost of return will be deducted from your refund.
