GlobePay offers a full refund or an exchange within14 working days upon receipt of an item if it is faulty, not as described ordoesn’t do what it’s supposed to when you receive it. You may also request arefund if you no longer want the product unless you have seen it before thepurchase.

If you would like to request a refund or anexchange, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods via firstname.lastname@example.org. Please enclose your proof of purchase andwhy you would like a refund or an exchange. Once approved, you will haveanother 14 days to return the good(s) you wish to return or exchange. All itemsmust be unused and in their original condition and sent back in the originalpackaging.
