What is a periodic review and what do I need to do if I receive a periodic review?

We will conduct periodic reviews of your GlobePay account to ensure your account information is the latest and help us ensure the ongoing security of your account.

Periodic review process

  1. GlobePay notifies the account holder of the periodic review via the merchant portal and emailThe email subject will be “GlobePay Periodic Review: please submit the required documentation”.
  2. You must provide the following documents:
    1. Updated ID & Proof of Address of Company directors and shareholders with 25% or more (if expired)
    2. Updated business bank statement (issued in the last 3 months)
    3. Other proof of business activity
  3. Login to the GlobePay merchant portal and upload the requested documents.
