In the event that GlobePay merchants experience customer disputes or chargebacks from your customers, we may charge £17.00 each time we send the copy request to you and assist you with resolving the dispute or chargeback. The £17 charge for each dispute request will be deducted from your account balance to cover the costs of such processes and you can check the relevant information on the Settlement page in the GlobePay PC merchant portal.
